Hi .hope your dream comes true like ours has .we bought our little 2 bed appartment 2 years ago ..we wanted cheap transport from the airport so that all the family could pop over without paying more for a taxi than they did the plane fares and the bus service is great, every hour a non stop bus for 7 euros so ideal if only a few of you are travelling .we actually timed the walk from the bus station thinking of lugging cases and kids .and luckily for us our appartment overlooks the bus station so its perfect ..and so is torrevieja for us ..fantastic beaches and in the winter always somewhere interesting for a walk .so  far the appartment has been used at least once each month either by just us .or the family popping over .either with the kids or for girls weekend .everything you need is in walking or cycling distance .everyone has different citeria but i hope you find something thats perfect for you

Our apartment is also used by family only  and our 'rule' is that if leaving on a later flight, beds are changed and the bed linen and towels are washed and dried.. If an early flight, beds are changed so that next out have clean beds and they then wash the used bed linen. It works well

We do it similarly. It's nice to have the bed made up when you arrive

Hi we've had our apartment for 12 months , no licence  yet , they don't even communicate with you , tried complaining  still no communication,  I've even tried finding out who you pay back hander to , but couldn't,  remember when you buy add 13% for tax's etc they never say that on tv,
