If you think there are NO squatters anywhere else in Europe you are dreaming or tslking B******s. By the way when you said earlier that the UK are no longer part of the EU you are correct. However they are still part of what you have posted here...Europe.

By the feelings UK people was never part of Europe. Brexit just confirm that. Is far better now for everybody UK and Europe.

I was replying to the other 2 posters not to you 3 times. You are correct - I haven't seen the programs on TV. Including the company property solvers UK - but according to the Gov't website : it differs to what you say : and it also differs to the 24 hours that other company claims !

Fill in an application for an IPO and send it to your local county court.

The court will send you confirmation of your IPO within a few days. They will also send you documents that you must give to the squatters within 48 hours.

After being served with an IPO squatters can be sent to prison if they do not:

leave your property within 24 hours
stay away from your property for 12 months

To get final possession of the property, you must make a claim for possession. You can do this on your IPO application form or separately online.
