Can anyone give us a proper time and distance between Pego and Alicante airport. Every time we ask, we are given a different time ranging from one and a quarter hours to four hours.

I use the simple rule of thumb in the region that its 1min for every KM. It rarely lets me down!

Failing that, try google maps. Its very good and will even indicate traffic issues where applicable

Hope it helps

From the centre of Pego to Alicante Airport It takes approximately 1hr 30 min if you drive and stay to the speed limits, but allow at least another 10 min to be on the safe side.

I'm doing a return trip tomorrow.

If I remember you'll have an exact set of figures.

about 1 1/2 hours via the motorway. The toll will cost approx. €10.

115 km, hour and a quarter both ways from starting the engine to switching off. At or as close to the speed limit as I could. On the AP8. No Idea of tolls as I use a transponder.

As per another reply on your other thread, if you want resort type facilities, English bars and food, Sky tv etc find somewhere other than Pego.
