Repair gate knocked down by high winds

Hi, I was told my heavy wooden sliding property gate fell during high winds. I would guess the metal hardware at the top has probably been damaged. Please, does anyone have any ideas of who I can hire to fix it? I'm in the US currently and my Spanish is poor though I'm trying to study. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Lisa
