HI.I am having a lot of trouble with Bankia since their amalgamation. They keep stopping me from going on line and keep blocking my account. Could anyone out there suggest a bank that is interested in its customers, even though they are English. Thank you.

You could do what so many of us on here have done.
Consign Bankia to the bin, I speak from experience when I say that they are the most unhelpful of outfits.
Open a Wise ( Transferwise) account online, easy to do, no charges, they facilitate direct debits and you can have a debit card too.
If you ever have any problems they have an excellent English speaking customer support based in London.
