Hello Martha

We using a company called amarat
consulting bureau

there on villa Martin By the roundabout where the road splits who we bought our house through very professional

they are saying €140 each for residency per person

And charging my wife €90 for her nie
number

€120 for a will if this helps you with prices Ainhoa is her name very good company

Gosh those fees are high! Your wifes NIE can be processed at same time as the residency so thats a ridiculous fee along with the 140€ per person. I have needed a lot of information prior to deciding whether residency before December is in our best interest and as I constantly saw on Expats in Spain forum, a person,s name with recommendations decided to contact by email. I was pleasantly surprised in all 4 queries all were replied to within 24hrs and for free. The person is Uma at getlegalinspain.com and she does all the usual assistance, nie, residencia, driving licence, doctors etc. I have,nt asked her fees as we,re not yet convinced it would be right timing but email her, she will reply and I,m sure she wouldnt be over expensive as so many people recommend her. My friends have paid 75€ each for residencia assistance and 50€ for their NIE's previously to local to my area gestors so your fees quote seem way too high.

Regards

Pauline.

Ive been looking at this myself so hopefully someone comes up on here. Our solictitors wanted to charge €250 per person which for four of us was way too much. Im trying to navigate around the registration pages etc to see if I can do it myself but sure would be good to get someone that knows to...

Hi Shack

We had our appointments at Alicante yesterday, we met with our representative at the office in Pilar and she took us in her car to Alicante and accompanied us during the application.  We have our Residents cards now !  She then delivered us back to Pilar.  The price (which included all costs/fees) was 120 euro per person - well worth it as she made the whole procedure painless.

The company we used Actuagest.es Calle Calvo Sotelo 3, Pilar de la Horadada.          Tel. 966 84 23 23 Cristina or María José.

Going up Calle Mayor from the roundabout it is the street with the bank BBVA on the corner and the office is on the left a little way down that street

Recommended.

Regards Ruth.

Hi has anyone said what a reasonable charge is? I too am going to take out residency. I wondered if it was something I could do myself, has anyone done this? If there is a way considerably less than the 250 mentioned I would take the easy route.

Saying hi I'm just wondering if after December I can still apply for residencia as my trip is off now due to the virus so I'm unsure now when I will get over to have a look. Meanwhile my house is going on the market next month as I'm retiring from NHS. I need to understand. More of what I can do to achieve the residency
