Insurance transition cancellations

Regarding, Insurance agents.es, one office of which is in the small commercial centre in Torre de la Horadada, have stopped using Liberty and now changed to Zurich. However, there seem to be problems with cancelling Liberty policies, if you do want to change companies. Jenny Cunningham has taken over the Liberty clients who want to stay with Liberty.
I am not putting the blame on any of the two sides but it needs to be sorted. I know we are not the only ones.
