Hi all,

We are 50 something UK couple looking to buy a holiday home in area (Pilar de la, Santiago, San Pedro....etc), preferably a 3 bed villa with pool, possibly new build.

We are coming out at end of September to view area. Any help appreciated with regard to:-

- Recommended independent solicitors?

- Experience of Spanish Legal Homes?

- Other Estate Agent recommendations?

- Thoughts on best areas? We are looking for nice beaches, traditional town, long promenade, sports facilities, cycling paths, golf etc. Mix of Spanish and international. Bars and restaurants. Interesting places in area to visit....
