We are visiting in September to look around and are planning to eventually move to spain.
Could anyone recommend a place to stay for a week ?
Would anyone like to meet up and tell us about how they found moving from UK to Spain
We are late 50's and my husband likes golf and we both enjoy socialising.

We moved to pilar de la horadada last September. It was the best thing we ever did. We can meet you if you want and tell you how it was for us.
In answer to your question relating to somewhere to stay try Hotel La Monte. I do not recommend Hotel Congra as i visited there once.
We are in the uk at the moment but will ne back in pilar on 1st September so we can meet up then.

We are free on Thursday for a few hours in the day before we get our flight home in the evening.
