Im with Iberdrola for my electric but they seem really expensive for the initial standing charge before i use any electric

Paying for a capacity of 5.75kw charged at 24.07 before tax

i there any cheaper suppliers to use in Pilar De La Horadada

Unless there are 5 of you in a 5 bed villa with a pool heater. You don't need 5.75. Tell us what property you have and how many of you there are and we can advise what you should be on

5.75 way too much. 3 of us in a lock and leave 3 bedroom semi and we are on 3.45kw. If you drop to 3.45 probably save you 120 to 155E per year

Previous owner probably didn't bother challenge it and the utility company will never step in as they dont care.

You will find in real terms the difference if you do reduce your potencia is you will have more money in your pocket.

The developer will always play it safe and put you on an excessive tariff coz you're paying not them.

If there are only two of you in a small apartment 3.45kw will be fine. Worst case scenario it trips out very occasionally. I done a month in the summer running aircon, water heaters, 2 tellies.  It tripped out once in the morning as I had hob, TV,  kettle, toaster and microwave on. I just turned kettle off and it was fine

Yes. All plans have a set power charge of €42.043426 per kilowatt contracted per year.
