Hola!
We have a fibre optic TV and Internet package through Avatel. The TV screen keeps freezing and/or the sound cuts out. Also the picture regularly gets corrupted. The only remedy seems to be changing the channel and then back to the original.
Is this a regular issue or did we make a bad decision?

We have started having the same problem after a previously reliable service. I'm going to contact their customer support

Did you sign up originally with Flexa who are now part of Avatel? If so they have excellent English telephone support
