Forwarding Mail from UKPostbox

We have the mail destined for our UK address redirected to UKPostbox, a company in Dorset that scans our mail and makes it available to us to read online.
Occasionally, we want the original mail item sent on to Spain, and UKPostbox does this for us.
This just got more complicated.
Since 1.1.21 we now have to choose a "harmony code" which is, in some way, reflective of the contents of our mail items, and provide an online signature of authorisation.
Just a bit more "frictionless" bureaucracy, which will push costs up for UKPostbox, which they will pass on to customers (.... me).
