At some point (I have to sell my house first) I will be going back to the UK to live permanently.
I have my residencia here in Spain and have received varying advice!
Do I de-register before I go back to the UK ? If so would I do that before I have sold or after?
I was also told that I have to go back to the UK and be there for six months before I can become de-registered from Spain!!!
So I am totally confused and need some advice please😳😳

On the blue banner at the top of the page, you’ll find Jim’s guides. Sub sections within; look again for Jims guides. There is a section in the “residency” section entitled “returning to the UK” . Should give you a steer on what’s required 🤪🥂
