Incorrect date of birth on imserso form

Myself and my husband have registered for the imserso holiday scheme. I only recently noticed that our dates of birth were wrong. Someone told me if i went to the travel agents in Pilar they could change it for me. Iwent there and they said I'd have to go to the ayuntamiento. When i got there they told me to do it via the website on the form. She said i didn't need a clave just my ref number.
When i got home I tried that and entered my ref number but i can't find the part where i can put in the correct dob despite clicking on different options..
I've also tried emailing them via the help section but haven't had a reply.
Could someone else help please?
