I believe Henry is a builder so going direct to him, if you want a new build, will save you agents fees... BUT... their advice can sometimes be invaluable. It will depend on your need.

Henry is a mighty fine builder I must add

I know we wouldn’t have got along so quickly without Gary and Paula at Alicante Dream Homes. Great to see that Henry is so well thought of!
