Could you explain something for me …
why would you need to post a question asking where to buy a toaster and a microwave etc?
I am often puzzled by such questions frequently posted on forums such as this, it is now the 21century, surely finding such items can’t be difficult in this day and age.
I’d be interested if you could let me know

If you are new to an area it can be helpful to have recommendations, not everyone wants to search the internet or travel to to purchase items. A forum is a useful platform for information. It's more helpful to provide useful information rather than ask undermining questions.

Hello, a simple answer to solve your puzzle. I am elderly and disabled, unable to walk far, and have very recently come to live here in this beautiful area. Local people have been so very kind offering advice pointing me in the right direction so I can buy from reliable sources locally rather than shop in huge corporate businesses. Kind regards
