HI, I remember someone asking about a taxi service in Pinoso area before. Someone at that time recommended trying Daniel Gomez on 617 530 058. This was about a year ago so not sure if still valid. I haven't tried him myself so cant comment on the service if still operating but maybe worth a try. Suntransfers.com are quoting 88 euro 1 way from Alicante to Pinoso, cant see Rasp on there list.
