your friend looked into my problem.basically he said ...What I have seen is that the deed of property to his name is filed in the Property Registry of Yecla, so the land is not in the municipal term of Pinoso..

so do you happen to live or near Yecla.i am very confused with all this.being i signed in Pinoso when i bought the land..but as i said i sent the deeds and the power of attorney documents to the Agent in Pinoso.i suspect foul play being  i believe he has tippexed the name of Sue Cullen off and put another name on the POA and then and re copied that page,and what is it in Yecla instead of Pinoso?????

I got a bit lost I have to admit. Louid on the other side had sent a reply to your subject providing the name of an english speaking person in the Pinoso town hall, I guess just  to help you somehow same like me, but I don't know who is Louid nor the person in Town hall.

As said on my prior replies, by the fact of travelling occasionally to Pinoso area  I could profit and ask town hall on your behalf without any own interest or charge, since my profession is a different one (insurances) instead of lawyer or gestor if that is what you believe, but now it seems that your case is filed somewhere else in Yecla which belongs to Murcia area.

To be honest, I think you should seek advice from a lawyer to find out where and what's the query.

basically if and when you go to Pinos.your friend who works there as already give out what information he could find.so i dont think you could do any more there in Pinoso...but i am shocked to get back the emali reply from he person in Yecla...why would one say such a thing.its like he knows what its all about and trying to frighten me off with a threat ?

Could someone possibly tell me who is the water utility company for in and around Pinoso e.g. RM427?

And does anyone have an email address?

Hi everyone.  I found this thread very helpful and thought it might be best to keep all relevant info on the one thread, so am posting here instead of creating another one.

I recently joined the forum as I have a little bit of rustic land near Pinoso (I believe it comes under the jurisdiction of Pinoso Town Hall).  I'm still in the UK and hoping to move soon. In my ignorance I was unaware that I would have to pay local taxes on it each year, so I need to contact the relevant department (in the Town Hall?) so that I can get this sorted out.  Can anyone direct me to the right person please?
