Rental agency fee
Hi, we are renting a villa in castalla for 8 months, The agents have sent me a contract fine, as well as the normal months rent in advance and deposit, they are asking for 650 agency fee, is this the norm ? thanks,

Hi, thanks, were relocatihg from the US , there the renter pays the agency fee, so good to know, When in Rome.................

Then, be prepared for a game where everyone has its own rules, and often there isn't even a ball. You need a lot of intuitition, nothing is as it appears, perhaps, maybe, possibly but not quite, or the very opposite - you'll never know. Took me 4 years to know it all, or almost all. Lived some time in Wyoming, MI and toured CA, NV, AZ, UT, NY state incl. the falls, FL, AL NJ, PA, GA, and had a great time, only positive experiences. Once I was asked about what I did like most of 'em all. Guess what I said (?).

Yes perfectly normal to pay one month's rent to agent as fee
