Using electronic certificate

Could someone tell me how to put electronic certificate on my computer.
I'm losing the will to live.

Are you following Jim's Guide? Go to the link at the top of this page, then scroll down to the section 'Other Tax Advice in Spain'. It's the last item.
Having done it, I know the process is a bit long winded, but just follow the instructions step by step.

Ray, if the town hall won't do it, go to a Suma office. A friend went in a few days ago to pay a late IVTM bill, and they were doing face-to-face.
