Hi. I have my digital signature and am having difficulty registering it and also have GVA salut app but am finding them difficult to understand. I would like to be able to access both on either my phone or Kindle. Anyone know how I do this. In simple terms if possible as I'm not tech savvy. Many thanks.

Once installed and set up you will be able to access the GVA Salut app from this link. When you open this link select Portal del Paciente option - coloured green/blue on main page. This will take you to another screen where you can access your health history etc.

I think I see your problem.
When I got my certificate a couple of years ago I discovered that it wouldn't install on any of my Android devices. I had to install it on my wife's laptop (running Windows). I think the original instructions did say to install it on a laptop/PC, but I had just assumed that Android would be ok - no such luck!
It installed easily and I eventually figured out how to transfer it to my Android devices. I doubt if it will work on a Kindle though.

I have the gva salut app on my I phone and I think it is registered.??? As I said I am hopeless with anything techy. I have a MacBook so I will try on there. Thanks

That's interesting!
The instructions I received at Playa Flamenca town hall looked very amateur, and I now think that they only gave the link for Windows. I also note that the first link you provided makes no mention of Android, but it does mention Linux (which Android may well recognise).

You don't need a digital cert or clave to register on the GVA app.
