Our lawyer 'carmen  conjero'. Young, up to date 100% honest and really knows her stuff, very good prices and speaks fluent English.  Call or text her +34 609 31 84 55. Please mention Steve and Cheryl recommended. She did our house purchase, legal claim against car hire dispute and our will.....100% sh*t hot!

Good luck

No, it's a weird system but a good lawyer takes outstanding payments from you and pays debts etc then keeps it back from the seller.....taxes, fees, bills etc etc.....give Carmen a call.

Yes.. Usually the buyer does pay the estate agents fees, but these are paid on behalf of the seller.

For  instance if your buying the house for 100k. You will pay for example 4k to the agent and 96k to the seller. So you are not paying over the sale price. Nothing to worry about.. However if you have to pay estate agent fees and the full asking price that is not right. .
