Lost floor safe key

Bought an apartment last year but previous owner lost floor safe key so we didn't receive one. Does anyone know  if there is anyway of getting a replacement key or who to go too

I would find a local locksmith and get him to open it and install a new lock. You may be surprised what might be inside!

Thank you I have been told without data or paper work the FAC safe company cannot help open the safe so I may try a locksmiths and who knows maybe something in it
