Parcel from Amazon

I’m experiencing a problem with a parcel from amazon, they are using a courier Suer. for some unknown reason Suer have changed my address from Playa Flamenca to Campoamor, the number and first line of the address is still the same, Amazon can’t understand why the change of address.

Update from earlier ..  Iv been on live chat to Seur and they now have my correct address, no explanation as to why the address was changed


the point of my post is 

If you don’t receive your parcel close to delivery date check your address is correct

Sorry,   but cant fault there service here in Playa Flamenca,  deliver up to 7PM , always get an email telling me the status etc

Iv just had an update again, and even though I gave Seur my full address last night on chat.  guess what. It’s on its way to Campoamor again

Same here in Montegolf, can't fault service we have always received our parcel on day and date specified.

The only draw back in our road there are 2 number 20's one in Fase 2 and ours in Fase 9, but they always call if they are having problems.

My experience with Seur is that if they can´t find you they steal the parcel!!   The worst company on the planet!

Thanks all,finally picked up parcel from pick up pint today
