Hi, I'm looking to sell my 3 bed apartment in Playa Flamenca & would be grateful if any of your members could recommend a reputable estate agent in this area who doesn't charge extortionate fees, also any tips on selling property here i.e. what to look out for & to avoid.

Home España are very professional and have a good choice of properties. They employ English and Spanish staff so there is no communication problem. They have offices in Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Villamartin (Los Dolses)
I think all agents charge about the same percentage though. You have to allow about 14% for all buying costs which include property tax, bank charges, solicitors and agents fees.

You are welcome. New builds cost 2% less tax. However, there are some really good deals to be had!

He’s been in the business for 14 years, tel no 966765619 and mobile is 639 459 829.
The landlines in area were down yesterday, so maybe best to call the mobile.
No charge to you for valuing the property and taking the property on, but he will explain more if you give him a call.
