Keyless entry in Spain - recommendations electronic front door lock for property

Can anyone recommend a good brand of electronic lock which works from the UK to allow remote entry into your home in Spain for tradespeople and lettings? Please don't look for answers online as these systems don't work. Only those who use a system in Spain from the UK or knows someone who knows.
I currently have choices between Igloo and Smartlock. Yale has been a nightmare for most I understand and will only work with WIFI or not at all. The other 2 are stand alone I think.

When you say the others are standalone, how does that work? Surely for yourself to remotely open a door from afar a wi-fi signal will be needed to transmit the signal to unlock the door?
