We are flying into Alicante tomorrow night 16th April from Belfast & need to know for sure if the SpTH form is still required .
I’ve asked this question before & got so many different answers .
someone arriving earlier in the day would be best to answer as things change on a daily basis . Thank you

If you’ve asked before then you know you are still going to get a straight answer on this topic. As there are at least half a dozen current threads on the subject.
Rules changes on the 6th April as long as you show the QR code off your fully jabbed (and booster) covid certificate then you officially by a Spanish law don’t need to complete a form.
It seems that some airlines are still incorrectly insisting on the SpTH form, others aren’t.
Some border control personnel are asking for the form, others aren’t. Bearing in mind that even asking someone who’s flown in today, won’t make any difference as you’ll find difference staff on shift in both departure and arrival airport.
However by completing the SpTH form you are declaring that you do not hold a current EU or NHS vaccine certificate.
Read the regulations here
If I was travelling I’d just show my EUDCC

As far as I can see, this is the first time you have asked on this forum. If you are in doubt, fill out the SPTH, then you have no problem. It only takes five minutes. Enjoy your holiday.

Asking for a friend who refuses to be vaccinated. Can he come to Spain from UK with a negative PCR test? I said NO but he seems to think otherwise.

It's either fully jabbed / boosted or a recovery certificate (from infection within 6 months if not jabbed).
