so i got the above named company in to fit mosquito nets at all windows - they came in sept 2021, measured and informed me that they would send another guy to double check the said measurements- which duly happened. I laid half down (cost was just short of 1000 euros) and they came in feb 2022 to fit the nets. first problem - they had measured wrong for a set of patio windows - so they had to reorder. The gaffer asked that I pay the balance which I unpolitely told him NO. so they came back months later and job done. or so I thought. within a few weeks the nets in the lounge fell off - give them their due, after another unpolite phone call they came back to rectify the mistake. New rails were installed and again all seemed well. then within 2 weeks off they came again - and i was due to fly back to the uk. despite leaving messages(which I have recorded) and phone calls - did this company come to rectify the problem - NO.. did i get my money back via my bank - you bet I did. Now i didnt pay via a credit card(which would have covered me under sec. 75, i paid on a debit card but once my bank saw all the recorded messsages and phone calls - I was reimbursed. This same company came to measure up for electric shutters - will i be using them again. a defo NO NO. would i recommend them NO NO NO
