Can someone give me some advice Please.
Hi everyone, can I have some advice what to do.
Last October 2019 had to go back to UK and sell my Spanish house very quickly due terminal Illness. I appointed a Power of Attorney to do the paper work, cancel all the payments and so on . He cancel some and others were left , so I canceled like community payments and so on. Now 5 months later Bankia Quesada still open taking money from my account (97.26 euro).so far , Bank charges and 2 Iberdrola Bills. Phoned the solicitor and secretary number of times . Asked him to close my account as he was suppose to do, first he said he haven't got the time to go to the bank, its from Torrevieja to Quesada. I try to close it myself, the Bank said I have to go in person or hire power of Attorney.
