I am delighted to have joined this forum, and hope to be an active participant.

I live in Quesada with husband David and Polly, our beloved podenco. I am a professional artist, and teach art at three different venues each week - so never bored! My husband also keeps himself busy as a photographer, and teaches one to one courses on the basics of using a camera. I keep meaning to take the course...but maybe it would be like teaching your wife to drive...

We have lived in Quesada for 15 years now - love it here.

So which restaurants would you recommend in Quesada?

The Budapest is excellent - menu del dia is about 14 euros, but does include half a bottle of wine. Basically Hungarian, but a wide choice. Proper table cloths, waiters in uniform and not too noisy as there are curtains and lower ceilings.

In Los Montesinos, La Herradura is a wonderful Spanish restaurant (next to the REPSOL garage). Flamenco, Spanish music, excellent food and lovely staff.
