I’m looking for someone who might be able to get our relatively new airco running again after a long period of inactivity. Any suggestions, please?

Steve Birkett. Very good and reliable with reasonable prices

695 096 453

Best to email as he can't answer the phone if he's up a ladder. Good for all electrical work as well

Have you tried switching it on and running it yourself, as a long period of inactivity shouldn’t affect its performance?

Obviously, otherwise I wouldn’t know that it stayed still, would I? Oh, and I also replaced the batteries of the remote😉

Good thinking, did any lights come on or beeping occur when you pointed the remote, with new batteries, at the indoor unit?

Seems like you have no power to the unit, are the relative breakers in the on position within your distribution board?
