Hi Ronald,
I think it would depend on the entry requirements of the country to which you're planning to travel, but I doubt it would be sufficient for entry to the UK, otherwise the UK and the EU wouldn't be looking to roll out 'vaccination passports'. But perhaps we'll need the certificate to apply for our vaccination passport?

Thank you for your comments. The more I read the worse it gets. Try to do everything to be able to move out of this area, but then more obstacles are put in the way.

It's a national obsession in Spain to make everything more complicated than it needs to be.
I have noticed if the public need any paperwork from the authorities we can go whistle, if we need to supply any paperwork omg its hurdle after hurdle, go to this office, then go to another office and woe betide if there is so much as syllable out of place.
