Hi need some information can a 65 yrs male get a sip card for the medical centre in his area in spain he is non resident please

If he's non-resident, then he's certainly not entitled to one. However, some medical centres will issue a temporary SIP card.
Non resident UK nationals should use an EHIC to access necessary health care.
A lot can rest on his true residential status though, if you get my drift.

Hi We get SIP cards from local health centre which are renewed every six months i think it depends how helpfull or unhelpfull your health centre are my German nieghbour has had one for thirty years he has even had a big cancer op here
