In order for a Spanish business to employ a non-EU citizen they have to show that no EU citizen is able to do the job and with high unemployment in Spain that is very unlikely I'm afraid.

You will need to apply for a visa to be able to move to Spain. You cannot just move to Spain and apply for residency and work.

Brexit has changed all the usual rules.
