Hi my father lives in Villamartin and has an Ideal Logic 24+ combi boiler, he is having problems with it, we have tried several people but they turn up and say they have no idea about the boiler
Is there anyone who can help him ?

These boilers are very common in the UK. You could start by downloading the manual online. The troubleshooting section may enable to you sort out the problem yourself, or the manual would be helpful to any plumber.

What exactly is the problem with the boiler. I can't understand why a trained heating engineer (not plumber) couldn't sort the problem. All boilers follow the same principle of operation irrelevant of make or model.
