My ex wife and I jointly own a villa in San Miguel. As part of the divorce settlement I will be taking sole ownership of the Villa. Does anyone know the process and the tax implications?

The best way is to google search ‘’Spanish Lawyer Costa Blanca’’ and get several free quotes. Ask for the quotes to include all expenses and taxes that will need to be paid.
