Looking to change suppliers from Iberdrola due to rude and unhelpful staff in the office we use ((La Zenia).

Recommendations please.

Many thanks.

Hi Yvonne

Can I ask why you need to physically visit the office? If you're simply asking for information, you may find it easier to ask this forum!

Most other discussions about electricity here are focused on the bills, rather than customer service.

Cheers

Steve

And nearly everything you need may be completed through their website in a choice of several languages.

Siesta Energy at La Zenia roundabout, by La Ponderosa, Siesta Energy are part of the Ole group.

From other posts mostly about the outrageously high electricity prices it appears that they use Iberdrola's infrastructure.

It wont do any harm to check them out, nothing to lose.

https://energy.sicompare.com/

I switched from Iberdrola to Fortuluz, saved about 30% per month. English customer service, had no issues with them at all.

Depending on your circumstances and location may be better deals but the comparison site is pretty good, gives you all the information you need to know and all can be switched online.
