Looking to purchase a small apartment in Santa Pola but wondering if there are rules and regulations regarding dogs. Just have one lazy elderly old boy but would like to know if we are likely to come up against any problems. Thank you

Yes there are often rules and regulations about animals kept in apartments. You will need to ask the building administrator as to the rules. These rules are usually made by the building community and to protect other residents.

Santa pola is stuffed to the gills with dogs …big , small and noisy all living in apartments. Always smart to check first but I’m pretty sure you won’t have a problem.

As long as you’re a sensible mum and don’t let it bark for hours or poop & pee in the building , should be fine 😉

Thank you. He is just an old fella seeing out his days. Most of the time he is too lazy to bark lol. Thank you for the feedback.
