Hi has anyone managed to use the Bankia es log on using their old bmn logon details.

I have tried phoning them local & national also e-mail but have had no joy in over a week when you eventually get thro to english speaking site asked to leave phone no. & they would contact still waiting.

When I phoned bmn santa pola branch in the past no problems Bankia Santa pola have never answered their phone & i've tried.

Hi

Yes we regularly use the online services of Bankia- did have an initial problem but

now all seems well.

They never seem to answer their phone!

Let me know if you need any specific help - we are in Las Filipinas

Hi

We had to go into our branch and sign a form. It was popping up when we tried house it but could not understand it. They said it was something to do with data protection and just need to sign it to continue to use online banking. I think a trip to your branch ????

I’ve just been into the bank, I had to sign a form and they told me my password had changed to my card PIN number. Hope this helps

Initially had a problem but I used my passport number and the PIN number they gave me originally when I set up internet banking and all is ok now. No need to visit the bank or anything.
