Basically - yes. That's what I do!
When you are accepted by Wise, you will see your GBP account. Simply add a EUR account and then supply the EUR IBAN to your Spanish utility companies (note - NOT the GBP IBAN).

Thanks for the speedy reply, I’ll give this a try (seems so much more reasonable than the fees on non-residential bank accounts!)

Interested in finding out how easy it is to transfer all direct debits( water electricity communidad fees etc,)from Sabadell account to AIB account Ireland.
Do I need to present in person to each of the utility providers or can this be done via e mail / online ?
