Hi we got to Santa pola last night long drive from Santander , today unpacked our stuff from the camper van into the flat etc . we are around tomorrow have plans to try and buy a bed in local furniture shop and a TV for the flat , but could possibly meet up if your not too busy .

Hi Frances, you have our admiration, after your marathon drive. We did a similar journey over half a century ago, Edinburgh to Southampton, then ferry to Bilbao, then drove straight down the middle to Fuengirola,with our two infant daughters.
Then same journey back a few weeks later.
So you will deserve a good rest ASAP.

A couple of websites that may have helpful information for you are as follows:
Citizens Advice Bureau Spain for bureaucratic stuff and
N332 for anything to do with driving in Spain - for English speaking people. The site is run in collaboration with officers of the Guardia Civil and has an English version of the Spanish equivalent of the Highway Code on it.

Hi only just seen your message, sorry didn’t mean to ignore you , we just come over on Monday , drove from ferry in our camper full of stuff ( paint ,lights etc ) while flat needs a total scrub , paint etc , so been very busy will need a holiday 😂.
