Thanks , we only hear for two weeks , we love the location of the apartment but the couple who sold if lived here ( brought off plan ) 24 years both smokers don’t think they ever clean or repainted it in that 24 years 😂everything nicotine brown , so everything chucked out , floor to cleaning...

Hope you have a wee rest before the next steps of painting & decorating. The fresh paint smell really overpowers the fag smell. When you get the furniture in and switch on the Telly, then scan round you, it will have its new identity, your own wee place in the sun . Then out to suss out a restaurant for a  late supper, then home to crash into a happy sleep.

Tomorrow will be a new day !
