Thank you Pauline, the code is accepted but when I go to pay, it is not working.
I have resent the post asking for the code to be sent by PM.
Hope all goes well with your call.

Hello Pauline
No, I've received nothing. At least I don't think I have, I only ever use Plymouth and if something arrived referencing Portsmouth I wouldn't have read it. I've also booked my crossings for the year so don't pay much attention to their emails.

Brittany Ferries service is nothing like it used to be. It's one thing for them to increase prices, but do drop standards and benefits is taking it twice. Additionally the cuts to the schedules have made a real difference to me.
I've used BF since 1976 and only once used another method of crossing the channel. As my destination is Plymouth I've been able to justify the extra cost of the crossing by offsetting the additional fuel I would burn, cost of overnight stays and driving time, both sides of the channel, were I to use one of the other carriers.
As my preferred departure ports of Santander and Roscoff are now effectively closed in winter my decades of loyalty to BF is under threat. The cost of convenience is becoming extortionate.
Good luck with any communication with them. I've raised the issue of dogs without muzzles for the past two years and just been ignored.
Yes, my loyalty is waning fast, do you get free evening meal and breakfast on the Plymouth route as my email implies it's a Portsmouth change and states the new ship has not worked out well with their catering service. We,ve only used them 10+yrs but their prices have doubled overnight and their service is deteriorating. We used to take a van but now with possible extra import charges, we sold van last year, and booked the car to avoid hassle, but flying would be so much cheaper so I need to research if they are worth continuing as we have a Spanish car already over there. I usually book 2 visits early on but only did the 1 for March but definitely can't go then. I,ll phone on Monday after checking later prices to change to.
Regards
Pauline

Maggie, sounds like a payment issue not our code. I,ve not given our code out much this year so was surprised it had reached max 15 uses. Good luck with payment.

No, we get £10 per person per crossing allowance in any of the cafes/restaurants. That started a couple of years ago and was the start of the decline for me.
We usually do three trips per year, but now the winter trip has to be a flight.
What's been noticeable for the past two years is that they haven't been full and there's been next to no freight.

I am baffled, especially when you only have issued the code back in December.
Not to worry, hopefully someone will PM me a code.

Maggie
