Hello m.rocharde, could you clarify please which of the closed hotels in Santa Pola is the one belonging to the state.

Looks like it could be the Polamar that was in liquidation, and up for sale.

Nah , nothing happening there ..no more rumours. New hotel behind the castle thought soon to open . The Narcea ..a restaurant of the same name was there and they have been converting to a hotel.
