I had a quick look on a website called "vrbo" it used to be homeaway holidays, and a quick search for 4 weeks you're looking at 400€ upwards,i think this is your best bet as it counts as a holiday so no deposit, and obviously the electric etc is in with the price , you can narrow down your search as to where you'd like to be and if you'd like wifi etc.As Graham c pointed out its getting quite there now so maybe look for a place in the centre of santa pola, if you need anymore help or advice please ask, we're not out there at the but arw in hand if you need us.

Regards

Christina, I dont know why you let me down about the bike, but you could have had at least the decency to reply to my private messages after you asked for my address to come and have a look. You really are a timewaster !!

Hello

Gem, you've put your post on a thread about  Advice for Travelling Alone so not really appropriate & the person it's directed at might not see it. Try clicking on one of their messages on here and then send it again, that way it might work better for you.

Cheers

How long are you planning on staying ?

if you book through airbnb or other similar websites you can make reservations for as long as you like. Also as an ex travel agent I would recommend always taking out travel insurance.

Jackie it is indeed a hard time for you and understand you wanting to go to a happy place.

I am not teaching you to suck eggs and this site is excellent but please also be aware anyone can join.

You have expressed your vulnerability so I really would go to a lovely hotel as you will have staff and any help around you.

In grief people can take advantage and I wish you well and hope you get the peace of your turmoiled emotions.

All the very best
