I am sure this question has been asked and answered many times.

Can anybody please advise a good, reliable company/person who can calculate our SUMA & Non Resident Tax (this is the first time of having to do this)  Going forward is this something I would be able to do myself, that may seem like a daft question, but thinking once you have a template it should be quite straight forward!

Thanks

Hello rolfes

You don't have to calculate your Ibi tax (Suma) that is done by  the town hall, it is a property tax Most  people set up a direct debit for that & , in my case, I do receive a paper bill by post... it is usually around Sept each year. There is also a much  cheaper waste removal tax

Heres a link , in English to Santa Pola Town Hall where you can  find some answers.

https://www.santapola.es/ayuntamiento/?lang=en

Non residents tax is paid annually but as I'm resident ,I cant help with particular  recommendations - hopefully someone will. Many people on here do there own tax returns so could guide you through that too.

Cheers

Hi Rolfes,

For your non-resident tax (Modelo 210), which has to be paid by 31 December for the current year, I would recommend:

Kind regards,

Kim
