Can any one recommend a gestor in Santapola I have been told about non residents tax,Iwas never told about it when I bought the apartment which is 6yrs kind regards.

Good morning, we use Julio at Gestoria Baeza next to Plaza Glorieta for our resident tax returns. I don't know re non resident tax but he speaks good English and his number is 965411462. I hope this helps, Russ

Spanish tax forms Ltd (spanishtaxforms.co.uk) gets highly recommended and specialise in non resident taxes. They will complete the forms and send you the copy and charge 34.95 for a household (each owner has to submit a separate form 210). You can then take it to a bank and pay it or, for a bit more, they will pay it for you.
We found solicitors were charging more than the tax itself.
