Is there anyone who could offer a taxi service from Alicante Airport to Sax on Wednesday 13th September. My flight lands around 19.00 hours.

You will find plenty of taxis at the taxi rank outside the terminal, what's more they are legal and insured, if checked by the Police you will be liable for a large fine as you would be in an illegal operator.

Any idea of cost? Those sites I have looked at are very expensive for just one passenger.

Sorry but I don't know what it would be to your location, it is approximately 55-65 euros from Alicante Airport to La Zenia. The cowboy operators may sound like a good option but there are so many risks, for example in the case of an accident your travel and health insurance will be invalid as they are not insured to carry paying passengers. Also they operate a minimum fare policy so if you are a single passenger the savings are only going to be a few euros.

Thanks for your help - I'm aware of taxis outside departures and basic cost for 1 person  journey same as for multiple passengers.Have now located a taxi firm online with reasonable rates (I.e. 65/70€).

Thank you.
