Beware of ‘Fontanería Vives’ plumber.

Taking this b***** to a court will easily cost you more than the 300,- and take 2 years or more. And even then there is no guarantee that you will get your money. Crooks now that and will even laugh at you. I have repeatedly warned in this forum: always ask for a written estimate and NEVER pay anything upfront or accept partial payments before completing the job. Mistrust any one and anything, sad but true.

He was good for 2 jobs prior. Fast, I never asked for a lower price. Always paid his quote.  Then he started having endless excuses and slow response times. Yes ,my lawyer said if will cost money, but at this point other than this point I’m tired of letting scum bags rip people off.   

Hopefully people will see this and think twice before hiring this scum bag.   

Good on you ! I hope you can shame him and prevent him from repeating this crime and giving genuine tradesmen bad press !

You will never get justice in this country, its rotten to the core.

Hopefully he won’t rip people off. I found him on google, thinking using a legit tradesmen woule be a safe option.   Little did I know that a low life can still own a business and rip you off.  It’s a warning  to prevent others from loosing their time and money like I did trusting a local business.      Anyone can message me for more info (photos of chats and email ) if they still have doubts about him.  

Sadly.   Its disgusting how people feel it’s ok to rip off others who simply hire them at their rates in their profession.  I just don’t get it. I hear endless horror stories from so many.  So I’m happy to share my ongoing experience with the thief.

Thats the problem with using British tradesmen in spain. Cost more, worse job.... But atleast they speak English so you know they're trust worthy, unlike the spanish who end up correcting their work and earning less
