I am a retired nurse (male) with many years of experience. One of my speciality areas is care of the elderly, particularly those people with dementing illnesses. I would like to offer my services to anyone out there who needs help, support or just companionship in their own home. Perhaps a carer needs a break? I would provide cover for that too. My rates would be very reasonable. Has anyone got any advice on how to start up and not fall foul of any regulations? Full professional certification and current references available on request.
